Start a new game and have player 1 create his character normally. Continue on to player two and begin to create his character. Choose his look but when you get to adding the 20 points STOP! Do not add any points to character 2 stats. Instead hit the back button (circle) until you reach character 1's stat distribution page. Just before the name page. You'll notice you have an extra 20 points to spend.
