Just combine two existing (or create new) pattern codes in one.pat file. Revit.pat file is located here: C: Program Files Autodesk Data. Any acad hatch pattern will work as well.

However not all AutoCAD patterns will work. Scale can be a problem. Some stock patterns are far too small and busy for Revit, others are far too large.
